Banana Berrie Smoothie

1 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries
1 fresh or frozen ripe banana
1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup orange juice
I try to use fresh berries when possible,  frozen are good too, I still add ice, I like the slush 🙂    anyway,
Combine all ingredients together in a blender  until smooth. I add 1/2 cup of raspberries for my vitamin B5, This recipe serves 2, My Husband and I like it  early in the afternoon, its refreshing taste and  good for you.
