I start with 1/2 cup of fat free milk , then 1 cup fat free vanilla yogurt then I add 4 bananas for the potassium also the banana relieves heartburn and lowers high blood pressure along with decrease risk of stroke, the banana is a healer of its own, it does speed up recovery from diarrhea and also prevent ulcers.
serves two glasses
1/2 cup of fat free milk
1 cup fat free vanilla yogurt
Add your fat free milk to your blender then the fat free vanilla yogurt along with the 4 bananas, I chop up the bananas in 4 to 5 pieces before adding them to the blender, cover blender then blend in till smooth.
