Berries and Beets Smoothie. Healthy Low-Calorie Smoothie

Berries and Beets.

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh blueberries

1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries

1/3 cup sliced, cooked beets

1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt

1/4 cup fresh orange juice

1 teaspoon light agave nectar

219 CALORIES

My two teens wont eat beets!

I mixed this recipeĀ  up in my blender with a cup of ice and gave it to my two teens and they loved it.

Its 100% okay to not tell your children that there is beets in theĀ  smoothie
