Classic Hummus


  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic


  1. Rinse your can of chickpeas beans and then combine your 1 can chickpeas, 1/3 cup tahini , 2 tablespoons olive oil and 2 tablespoons lemon juice then 1 clove garlic, all in a food processor, blend in till smooth.


You can add a tablespoon of water at a time if you want your Hummus thinner
