Dill Veggie Dip
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup light sour cream
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- salt and ground black pepper to taste (optional)
- Stir mayonnaise, sour cream, dried minced onion, parsley, and dill together in a bowl; season with salt and pepper.
- Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until the onion re-hydrates, about 30 minutes.
Do not substitute fresh onions in this recipe.
