Greek Hummus
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas
- 1/2 cup crumbled feat cheese
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Rinse and drain your can of chickpeas, then combine your 1 can chickpeas . 1/2 cup crumbled feat cheese, 1 cup baby spinach and 2 tablespoons lemon juice along with 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon in your food processor, blend in till smooth.
Notes
you can add a tablespoon at a time to thin your Hummus if needed
