Green Smoothie with Spinach, Grapes & Apple


  • 3 cups fresh or frozen green grapes (  stems removed  )
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 granny smith apple (  peeled, cored and chopped  )
  • 12 ounces apple juice

I use  fresh grapes when they are in season, frozen are good too.  I put all  in my  blender, combine all ingredients and process until smooth. This recipe serves 4,   I make this recipe  when I know my two teens are going to be home. Its high in vitamin A  and very high in vitamin C  and the taste is great.  My teens like it when I put ice... It makes it an ice smoothie 🙂
