Ingredients
- 1 red grapefruit ( peeled and remove seeds )
- 1 kiwi
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
- 2 bananas
- 2 cups fresh baby spinach
- ½ cup water
This smoothie is great , I like to make it at least 3 times a week, Its high in fiber, I need my fiber! The kiwi and bananas provide their own sweet taste, One of my friends likes to put stevia for a more sweet taste, like around 2 teaspoons. I like it with out the stevia but I do like to add ice, for an ice smoothie Mmmm Yum
