Red Grapefruit Smoothie with Spinach


  • 1 red grapefruit (  peeled and remove seeds  )
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • ½ cup water

This smoothie is great , I like to make it at least 3 times a week, Its high in fiber, I need my fiber!   The kiwi and bananas provide their own sweet taste, , One of my friends likes to put stevia for a more sweet taste,  like around 2 teaspoons.  I like it with out the stevia but I do like to add ice, for an ice smoothie Mmmm Yum
