Our Special Big Blend: Fruit and Vegetable Smoothie.

I'm sure you've seen this recipe around the web, I never looked into who came up with it, But I do know that its one of the best ways to get your fruit & Vegetables in one serving, I did change  the amount for my uses this dues make 2 full glasses. You can choose any fruit and vegetables you like... If you don't know what fruit and vegetables that have the most nutrition and natural sources of Vitamins for you, I do have charts that can help you choose the right ones for you here on my web.

1– 1 cup of water.

2 – Choose three vegetables. I use 2 cups  of spinach, one whole carrot and two small vine tomatoes.

3 – Choose three fruits. I use mango, pear and 1 cup blueberries and  an apple for the base.

Tip:  adding avocado gives it a creamy texture.

Start by adding the water to your blender , followed by the soft fruit. any hard fruit or veggie should be chopped up before adding to blender,  Add the greens to your blender last. Blend on high  until the smoothie is creamy.





I make this fruit and vegetable smoothie recipe every almost single day.  The best thing about this recipe is that you are getting in three servings of fruit and three servings of vegetables while only tasting the fruit! This recipe makes a 32-ounce pitcher which I drink half with breakfast and the other half with lunch.

There are no rules when it comes to making this smoothie recipe, so you can use whatever you have on hand to get the flavor you want.
